Returns or Partial Returns are Accepted for Any Reason as
per the Following Guidelines: (Please See Instructions Below)

* You Must Contact Us for Instructions via Email 1st. Please Include Your Order # & the Reason Why You Would Like to Return an Item. Following the Steps Below Will Help Us to Expedite Your Exchange or Refund When Your Return Arrives.

* All Return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery by email. A Return received after the 14th day will still be accepted as long as it was shipped within the 2 week time frame and an email request was received prior to it’s return.

* All Items May be Returned for Any Reason as long as the item is in Like New, Unused & Unopened Condition. Please use the Original Shipping Box, if Possible and Be Sure to Package Items(s) for a Safe & Undamaged Return. An Authorization # is Not Required.

* All Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs with the exception of an error on our part and although not required, it is a good idea to insure and get a tracking # in case of loss or damage.

* Payment of refunds are made by the same method as the original order. Credit card refunds will normally be processed by us within a few days & will post to your account when your credit card company processes the refund for you.

* The Refunded Amount is Calculated by Item(s) Returned Minus the Actual Original Shipping Cost paid when shipped.

* Partial Refunds Depend on the Item Details & are Pro-Rated to Reflect the Weight, Percent or Qty Returned.

* Overseas Returns May Include Customs Fees and will Take Longer to Arrive & Refund. Check with Customs or Your Local Post Office for Any Regulations or Other Details You May Need to Know Prior to Returning a Package.
